Our Extended Care program gives Brandon Academy families a safe, supervised, and welcoming option before and after the regular school day.
Extended Care is available for students in PK through Grade 12.
Students may be dropped off at the gym beginning at 7:00 AM. Our staff supervises students until 7:45 AM, when younger students are escorted to their classrooms.
Before Care is $6 per student, per day on the days it is used. Students arriving after 7:30 AM are not charged for Before Care.

Late pickup after 6 PM is $1 per minute.

After Care from 3:30–4:00 PM is provided at no charge. Beginning at 4:00 PM, After Care is billed at $7 per hour, per student, in complete 60-minute increments.
For example, a student picked up at 5:06 PM is billed for two hours.
Students who are not picked up by 6:00 PM are charged $1 per minute, per student.
Extended Care charges are billed through FACTS Financial.
Students may be picked up between 3:30 and 6:00 PM by an authorized adult. Photo identification is required when collecting a student.
If someone other than an authorized person will collect the student, families must notify the Extended Care staff in writing before pickup.
Families may enroll in Extended Care through the Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Packet and Family Portal. A one-time $50 registration fee is required to enroll in the Extended Day program.
